1. Good nutrition- nutrition that includes Omega 3 and 6. Flax and seeds. Coconut oil, olive oil, palm oil (even though it is difficult to digest!). Vitamins from fruits and vegetables, mostly vitamin A and B.
  2. Changing your pillowcase on regular basis.
  3. Cleaning the facial skin every morning and evening, with a damp cloth and with water and soap.
  4. Massaging your facial skin before going to sleep.
  5. Peeling your facial skin once a week.
  6. Natural facial masks that provide moisture and nourishment to your skin (e.g. clay masks with fruits and vegetables).
  7. Using facial cleanser.
