- Good nutrition- nutrition that includes Omega 3 and 6. Flax and seeds. Coconut oil, olive oil, palm oil (even though it is difficult to digest!). Vitamins from fruits and vegetables, mostly vitamin A and B.
- Changing your pillowcase on regular basis.
- Cleaning the facial skin every morning and evening, with a damp cloth and with water and soap.
- Massaging your facial skin before going to sleep.
- Peeling your facial skin once a week.
- Natural facial masks that provide moisture and nourishment to your skin (e.g. clay masks with fruits and vegetables).
- Using facial cleanser.
