Cancellation Policy

Any customer purchasing product(s) from My Skin Solutions Ltd.`s Website, will be entitled to cancel the transaction in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 («Consumer Protection Law«), and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 5771-2010 («Consumer Protection Regulations«), and specifically provisions of section 14c(c)(1) of the Consumer Protection Law, within fourteen (14) days of: (i) performance of the transaction; (ii) receiving the product(s); or (iii) receiving a document containing the details specified in section 14c(b) of the Consumer Protection Law, according to the latest of the above, and subject to the product(s) return to My Skin Solutions Ltd. without any defect and without any use thereof as specified in sections 14f(a)(1) and 14f(a)(2) of the Consumer Protection Law and in section 2 of the of the Consumer Protection Regulations.

The cancellation will be made in writing and a notification regarding such will be made to My Skin Solutions Ltd.`s offices via facsimile, registered mail or courier. In case of cancellation, the customer who performed the order will be charged with a cancellation fee, which will be the lower of: (i) five percent (5%) of the order`s value; or (ii) one hundred (100) NIS («Cancellation Fee«), and will be also charged with any costs charged from My Skin Solutions Ltd. for credit card clearing (insofar payments were made in credit), save for cases in which the cancellation was a result of the existence of the circumstances detailed in section 14e(a) of the Consumer Protection Law, and in such an event no Cancellation Fee will be charged from the customer.
